Spoke briefly with Caren Briscoe.  She is the Program Manager for the
Holly Springs National Forrest.  Her phone number is 662-236-6550 ext 241.
She was really nice and patient in answering (or trying to answer) my
questions about the riding.  

As far as the ATV riding Area.  She said:
  - No official ATV ORV Trails

  - Everything is "Open" unless marked closed. 
    This basically means we are allowed to ride unless an area is
    marked  "closed"  or  "no motor vehicles". 
  
  - It will be changing to an:
    "Only Riding When an Area is Marked Open" later.

  - Anyone is welcome to email or call her to check on the current status of what is and is not allowed.
