What a great day of riding we had at Hodges! 100 + ATV's, 83* weather and sunny. We rode 35 miles. We had a little of it all. Mud, hills. creeks, sand, gravel,woods, lakes and a great water fall. We hit some trails that I have never been on at Hodges and I have ridden there several times before. To the trail guides, thanks so muck for the hard work of trying to keep so many ATV's together.I only saw one crash. It was someone trying to back up a hill at the waterfall and turned over when their ATV ran up on a rock. No one was hurt and with a little help the ATV and rider was back on the trail again. I saw a few get stuck but nothing a wench or a friend with a good tow rope couldn't get you out of. The dust wasn't bad at all. Overall the trails were in great shape to ride. It looked like we had just about every kind and size ATV that is made on this ride. A few time a group would get lost but the trail guides worked hard to get everyone back on track. Again 100 ATV stretches a long way down the trail. There is no way to see from one end to the other. So keep your Talk-About radios charged and tuned in on channel 3.
